The Central Commission for the Navigation of the Rhine (CCNR) it is fully committed to protecting personal data and to respecting the privacy of visitors to its website.

The CCNR collect personal data on you in operating the website https://listes.cesni.eu. These data are processed for the intended purposes at the time of collection, namely:

• The generation of statistics on website traffic;

Specifically, the CCNR might collect the following data:

• Traffic statistics: IP address, cookies, for example the pages viewed by the user, date and time of page views (see cookie-related details below).

The CCNR will retain your personal data in a secure environment only for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected or for the minimum retention period provided for by the relevant French legislation:

Personal data collected on this website are for the sole use of the CCNR.
However, the CCNR reserves the right to pass on your personal data in order to comply with its legal obligations, especially if compelled to do so by a court warrant.

The CCNR takes all the appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the confidentiality of personal data that is collected and processed, as well as a level of security appropriate to the risk having regard to technological progress, implementation costs, the characteristics of the data to be protected and the risks to individual rights and liberties.

The CCNR also ensures that those of its technical service providers likely to be privy to personal data respect the same confidentiality.

The user is informed that, when visiting our website, information is likely to be recorded in “cookies” files installed on your computer subject to the choice made by the user; this choice may be amended at any time.

This website uses no third-party audience measurement service. No browsing data is passed to an outside provider, nor outside the European Union.

Traffic is counted by the site’s own server. For each page viewed, the page, the display language and the timestamp are recorded. Technical identifiers that could relate to a person — session identifier, IP address, user agent — are never kept in clear: only their SHA-256 fingerprint is, which makes it possible to tell two visits apart without making it possible to trace a person. Crawler requests are excluded from the count.

This measurement stores no cookie and therefore does not require your consent.

The only cookie this website stores is the session cookie, strictly necessary for it to work. A strictly necessary cookie is not subject to prior consent; no audience-measurement, profiling or advertising cookie is used.
