At the end of the programme, the diploma entitles the various qualifications to be able to navigate, the CE6P (Sixth year certificate of study of vocational secondary education) and the CQ (Certificate of Qualification).
- Union certificate of qualification for boatmaster, if the applicant has accumulated navigation time of at least 360 days as part of this approved training programme or after completion thereof and holds a radio operator’s certificate.
- Specific authorization for sailing on inland waterways with a maritime character.
- Specific authorization for radar navigation.
- Union certificate of qualification as a passenger navigation expert.

De kolom « Goedkeuringsautoriteit » komt niet uit dat document: zij is ontleend aan de CESNI-lijst van bevoegde autoriteiten, gekoppeld per lidstaat.
Deze kennisgevingen zijn gedaan door de lidstaten en binden de Europese Commissie niet; zij laten met name de beoordeling van de verenigbaarheid van de nationale wetgeving met Richtlijn (EU) 2017/2397 onverlet. Alleen het Hof van Justitie van de Europese Unie is bevoegd het Unierecht bindend uit te leggen.
